Turf Soaring RV Park

Genuinely confusing experience. Called to see if the dump station was available to the public; the lady on the phone was perfectly nice and said yes - $5. When I pulled up to the dump, there was an old guy in a golf cart who was tinkering with the dump valve or something. He held up a little sign that said dump closed. I pulled up next to him and tried to ask if there was another dump station nearby. He was clearly enraged and said only that the dump was closed and that I should leave now. I tried to ask again and he screamed to leave now or that he would call the police and that we were trespassing. I think someone peed in his Cheerios this morning.

Edit: I called Pleasant Valley to figure out why my husband's background check was denied and Mara (I believe that was her name) said that she didn't have to tell me why. I told her that the FTC states that she had to tell me the company that she went through to dispute the background check and she said that she had to talk to her management and she would get back to me. I will get back on here to let you know if she contacted me back and if I had to report this company to the FTC for shady business dealings.

It is funny how my husband called yesterday about occupancy. He talked to a lady about a background check. Apparently he didn't pass the background check and was charged $25. The lady wouldn't give him a reason why his background check was denied. According to Arizona laws for a background check to be done the landlord has to have a signed rental application and they have to disclose in writing why an application is denied. I suppose she is new at doing background checks considering most of the reviews on here state there never has been a background check before . So, renters beware, I feel like this was a scam to get money when there was no spots available according to a review 6 days ago.

I my opinion and sober beliefs I have no idea how my initial review came down.

I encourage if you have children to not go there. They called the police on me many times for politely confronting them about video recording our children and we became targeted individuals.... the land lord tenant abuse was immense. we did nothing wrong yet management threatened many things. I believe they are extremely over radiated with non ionized radiation which fuels there corrupt minds and behaviors. The evil in rick was immense. No love, it’s a one sided road with him..... I even have him on record saying he was video recording our children. he threatened to call CPS on us for child abandonment for them playing 30-50’ away from our trailer in a empty dirt lot playing swords with sticks. Threatened to have me arrested and even tried to, citing disturbing the peace and even went so low saying he would see to it our children were put into foster care and his children take foster kids.

Sooo much more which was on the initial review, something told me to check the reviews today and I noticed it had been removed. I wonder how much they pay to have that done?
