From jct Loop 101 & US 60 (Superstition Fwy): Go 6 mi E on US 60 to (exit 182/Gilbert Rd), then 2 mi N on Gilbert Rd, then 1-1/4 mi E on Main St.
We reserved a space 3/22 for Jan and Feb of 2023. The office people helped us find a lot that would accommodate our motorhome, car trailer and car. When we arrived today, that lot was not available. We were given a different lot and told we could pay extra to store our trailer. We said we shouldn’t have to pay extra because of the arrangements that were previously made. The lady told us they don’t guarantee spots. We were treated very poorly, made to feel like liars and in the end, the owner came out screaming at us and told us to get off his property. He didn’t want “our kind” living there. WOW!!
Area is well kept up. Has alot to offer their residents. You can pull in your motor home and stay as long as reserve the time. Staff are very polite and kind. Lots area reasonably good size. Always renewing the places in the area. Great for 55+ population.
This is our 2nd year staying at Palm Gardens. Beautiful park. Office staff great.
I just want to point out this complex is so large, I spotted it from a space-level view of google earth, and had to zoom in to see what was going on here. I don't know anything else about it, but kudos for building a neighborhood so vast and white that it stands out from 200 miles up
Beautiful place and beautiful people. They made me feel so very welcome. From the front gate to the sales office to the main office they are all warm and friendly. I bought my home here and look forward to living here and meeting more of the occupants. The amenities are wonderful. Thank you Palm Gardens
UPDATE: APPROXIMATELY 1 YEAR LATER:
I saw very few of our Snow Birds this season. They are starting to dribble out one by one again. There is very little traffic within the complex.
The activities board did a superb job. There was usually 4 or 5 activities planned each day. Participation is free or there is a nominal fee to join in with your chosen activities in the festivities

They're putting up the holiday decorations now. It's so pretty here. We each have a "tall" palm tree 🌴 at the front of our homes that have Christmas tree lights wrapped from top to bottom. They have a regular company that puts the lights on the trees at a very reasonable price.
I plug in the lights that are wrapped around the tree about this time of year as do most of my neighbors. So it's very pretty and festive.
The residents that have golf carts get together at holidays and dress up their carts and go through the complex. It's quite fun and festive.

We just had a Valentines dance in South Hall. Everything was decorated beautifully. The tacos 🌮 buffet style were very good. We each paid $10. Where can you go to have dinner, see all of your friends, dance to live music? Where can you go For $10 each to have so much. We are very lucky that we have kind and generous people living here. A commity of volunteer residents did the preparation for every thing. It was beautiful.
Friday we have a ladies luncheon. It is Kentucky Derby themed. We will dress like Derby fans.
We made a large bonnet for our selves and decorated it real pretty. (See picture) It should be fun seeing your friends and neighbors. And chat about everything that interests you.
On the 21st we will have a car show. I've not been to one yet. But it promises to be interesting. Entertaining and free.
We have games and activities every day. Join as you wish.
