Run, don't walk. Moved my mom in here. They tell you you pay electric and lot rent. When buying this place( almost 2 months) not one word was mentioned that she would also be paying for trash, water, a meter fee and even though she has a cat she has to pay a a monthly fee for a cat that's never been outside. It's more than $100 more than what she was told. Taylor and Bert very cheesy not mentioning that. Your not informed on any of that until your signing the lease. Its too late after spending months to move. Bad business practices. New clubhouse? You can smell black mold as soon as you walk in the door! We didn't want the kids near there on Halloween. We don't like the drunks that they do nothing about and not putting my nephews and nieces out there after dark and away from danger. Our friends moved their home out as are others, we may too
Taylor and Burt have really improved the overall energy and trust in the park. Both of them follow up on questions or things that need to be done with positive attitudes. Hopefully, they're here for a long time to come. They are truly a breath of fresh air.
I just want to say since Taylor and burt took over we have had an amazing turn around. When we first moved here a year ago the park had some serious problems with residents. I was never able to contact anyone about it due to that fact no one seemed to care. I am thankful for Taylor and her commitment to improve the park. Out of the last year we have had 3 property managers and Taylor and burt are hands down the best.
What a great community!!! Burt and Taylor are an incredible management team. They've been exceptionally professional, quick and efficient dealing with issues for me.
4 and 1/2 stars for now...
The park is under new management, and all kinds of painting and other fixing up older trailers is going on right now. Hoping to call one of the trailers my own in the near future.... The park will be a nice community when they are done 👍👍
