This site is shaded with large sycamore and Arizona white oak. Views of the Pinal Mountains. A scenic riparian area with a small stream that runs through the site except in the dryer months. This small, quaint site was originally constructed in 1940.
This site is 5 miles southwest of Globe. Follow Jess Hayes Road southeast of Globe to the junction of Icehouse Canyon Road/Forest Road (FR) 112 and Sixshooter Canyon Road/Forest Road (FR) 222. Continue on FR 112 for 3 miles to the junction of FR 55 and FR 112. Take the right fork and continue following FR 55 for another 3 miles to the site. Click Here For Map.
