As a current resident and no intention of leaving...

Treehouse, the owners

are more interested in making eveyone tow the line and not doing it themselves, the office has cox internet while no resident can access cox..... (the only gripe i have).

They have faced a difficult time finding Good managers! We're on our second one now.

Hope she stays awhile, she's doing a great job!!

When I first moved there, there was constant complaints, rules, comments. It was very uncomfortable to live here. But since COVID, they pretty much leave us be and let us live. I go to work, and come home and mind my business. So it was quite frustrating wondering what letter or complaint is coming next. I would say as long as current management stays and they are not on you every second, it’s a decent place to live. However, they don’t want people parking in front of our mobile homes, even though the streets are plenty wide enough. But the took out 3 quarters of the parking lot. Where is your company going to park. If you get a lot of company maybe not a good choice for you. Most other parks allow on street parking in front of your home.

Do not move here. I wish I could show you pictures. Homeless roaming streets and staying in clubhouse. Manager keeps door locked. Hardly ever here. Two drug hoses on 84th place that you have to drive by to get in here.

It was beautiful and quiet. All facilities were in great condition.

I enjoyed most importantly the management team and our neighbors we had throughout 3 week stay.

Thanks again and hope to be back soon
