management is so nice made me feel at home. I stayed with my mom and the tenants I met were friendly down to earth people. it's a very nice hated cumminity always clean. I enjoyed my time there. I ever get the opportunity I would rent or buy there, just feels good.

Not happy. Since new ownership, we've gotten empty promises. Hot tub broken forever. Probably almost a good year. Pool closed for stupid reasons. Besides these 2 items what else is there.!!?? Promised to reduce speed bumps, own trash bins on our personal lot, not happening yet. But to me its the hot tub issue. & to top it, our rents was raised. The young woman manager is awesome. It's not her fault.
My parents have had a wonderful Experience here at Arizona Village. The community is very friendly and very clean! Alexis the Manager always makes herself available for any questions or concerns.
Overall I would say this is a great place to call home.
I live there and since the new owners took over the place has gotten so much better the managers are great people so easy to talk to and they really doing a lot of work on the park. They got all the bad people out and made it a 55 Plus park gated community. 100% better.
