A fairly nice little mobile home community in AJ, with a reasonable space rent. It's a nice quiet place to live. As opposed to say Sunset Resort a mobile home park (also in Mesa near the 202 & Main St) that charges an exhorbitant amount of money that gives you nothing in return for what they charge!

The only thing I would change at Golden Acres is add a swimming pool. It's needed during the summer!

Ihave recently moved to the area and found this quiet small RV & mobile home park. The owners and staff have been very accommodating and easy to approach if questions arise. They have been very quick to reply to any form of message I've left them. I'm loving my stay at this point.

I love this place! It's quiet, and peaceful. The birds are always singing. The sunsets from here are gorgeous. The view of Usery mountain is awesome. Owners, management and workers are all very nice very personable people, and very helpful!! If your 55 and over and you're looking for a very friendly quiet place to live it's clean and just very nice this is the place for you!!

I just flew out from California and visited my older brother who just moved into his newly purchased (from here) one bedroom Mobile home. He's 63 years old. He also has a big dog and there were no problems bringing her there too. They have a pet area which is nice. It's a quiet place, perfect for him. Two of his three kids live nearby, and visit him several times a week. Shopping is close by, and there are beautiful views of Superstition Mountain and surrounding mountains. Its not overly expensive like Mesa would have been. Nice but a little older place.

This is one of the most well kept and quiet parks I've visited.
