Great location. However, service is wayyyyy below average. CSR is the absolute worst I have ever experienced anywhere!!!!!!!!!! And I have been to numerous reservation casinos. As a Native American Tribal member on Tour, this has been the worst experience of ALL!!!!!!!!!! Please put some SERIOUS EFFORT INTO TRAINING YOUR STAFF?????!!!!!!!!!! Nothing worse than experiencing 10+STARS and then coming home to negative stars. JS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The check in went fast and the person checking us in was very nice and pleasant. She had all the information we needed. I would give that girl an guest service award. The rooms were very nice and clean. I was very surprised at the upgrade. The inside of the elevator could use alittle upgrade too. For breakfast; the restaurant open late, so we just left. I can not says enough about how good we were treated by the hotel staff.

We always enjoyed coming here to play the slots. However, the staff is very to themselves. They do not interact with the gaming guests. Only the drink service! We ate at the grill and had the ribeye steak. Very good. The restaurant staff was very friendly and the bussing guys were very efficient and friendly. We will be back in October for the Apache Days. Thank you.

We absolutely enjoying taking a day trip here. It's small but have several newer slots now. Was a great travel day having seen snow and fog and sunshine. Preferred if they had a Fry Bread eatery though.

Very clean, people who go there are basically going to play the machines. And enjoy themselves.

Smaller casino than what I expected.

My husband and I don't play, but we wanted to go check it out.

A buffet would be nice. Has a restaurant. Starbucks.

Again, if you enjoy the machines and want some relaxation, this is your place to go.
