Lamplighter Mobile Park

I've lived here for over 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say about Lamplighter. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and clean. Tracey, the Manager has always been attentive and responsive to any questions or problems I have had. It's very nice here!

Lamplighter runs a pretty tight ship..

While Flowing Wells area is certainly not the fanciest in town, it is pretty conveniently located. Schools nearby, drugstore, butcher shop, grocery store, several eating spots, a Goodwill, and even a beauty school !

I've lived here for over 10 years. The streets are maintained regularly. The pool is kept clean and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and pretty much keep to themselves. Tracy does a good job of running it and keeping it a quiet, clean place to live. My interactions with her have always been positive. As other reviewers have stated, as long as you follow the rules of the park, you won't have any problems.

Quiet , clean. Tracy manages the property well. We used Uber a lot and they were even impressed with the maintenance of the property . The speed bumps are a little extensive, but hey no one’s speeding! The lot rent is a little pricey, but the electric is included with the lot rent. It would be easier if the lot rent was available to view & pay online. I hadn’t seen Tracy driving around the lot at any odd times, she’s just checking on the property, as she should.

I love it here! Lamplighter is a beautiful place to live! it always clean the manager Tracy is outstanding she is the best property manager I have ever had and she works really hard at keeping this a nice place. The pool and laundry rooms are immaculate!

It's quiet and the residents here are friendly. Wonderful community to live in!
