Located 10 miles from Glendale and 15 miles from Scottsdale. Take I-17 To the Deer Valley Rd., Exit 215B. Drive 2 blocks west to 27th Ave., (light). Turn right (north) on 27th Ave. Desert Sands RV Park is 2 blocks ahead on your left. From the 101 freeway Exit at 27th Ave. Desert Sands RV Park is 1.5 miles north on the left.
I love how the sign says "Overnight or forever". The welcome packet I recieved was very detailed. All of my questions were answered in the packet itself, right down to recommendations to keep your electric bill down.
The man I spoke with has been so nice and accommodating, I couldn't have asked for a more seamless move in experience. If you're looking for a place, I highly recommend you call them today and get put on their wait list.

Clean RV park with friendly people and staff. Very welcoming. Trying to get a spot was a little more complicated than need be but I'm glad we were persistent. Trees are a must in Arizona and they have plenty- as well as grass lots, which is a nice change of pace when in Phoenix. Diving Pool is awesome. Only downside is that there is no laundry room. Which is fine because your centrally located to everything you'd need within a few minutes drive in any direction. We stayed almost 6 months and it's a tight knit community. I liked it.
We love it here! We will be moving eventually but only because we have dreams of building a farm outside of the city ;however for now this is the absolute best place to be in the city and I have lived here in Arizona 30 years of my life.
We have grass, amazing neighbors, kind incredible workers, a pool,pride of ownership, each community member with their own skills and contributions. It's been absolutely amazing 2 years.
Management is incredible here.

Definitely can change rating in the future but had attempted multiple times to contact them for weeks for reservation but there'd been no response/ left to voice-mail :( would love to get a hold of them but it seems as though you would have to go in person to reserve. Online doesn't work either.
