Located 11 miles from Gold Canyon and 18 miles from Scottsdale.
From Phoenix: take I-17 south to I-10 east to 202-Red Mountain Freeway. Take 202 east to the Higley Rd. Exit and turn right (south) on Higley Rd. Take Higley Rd. south to University Dr. and turn right (west) on University Drive. You will then see Sun Life RV Resort on the left (south) side of University Dr.
We were here on the fall special. The people here are the best. We made a lot of friends. There are so many activities that you can't do them all.
Actually we ate at Rochester's the food is always good a great place to hangout with friends
This 55+ gated community has everything you could want including a nice pool and bar area, hot tub, massage room, pedicures/manicures, and card playing rooms. They have free morning coffee by the pool area. There are lots of activities to take part in, including street and state parties so you get to know the people there. Quiet, friendly, and relaxing....one of the happiest places on Earth.
Pool area is lovely! I love all the palm trees. What's not to like? Nothing!! It's wonderful. Lots of clean bathrooms and friendly people. Thursday donuts are delicious. Great coffee every morning. Security patrols grounds and at entry of park.
