So, just a few days ago, a lady was walking her small cute little dog, and out of no where, another resident's pit bull, came charging out of its area, and ripped the poor dog to shreds, killing it right in front of the owner. The owner tried to stop the dog, but got bit herself. The owners were contacted and didn't seem to care much about it. There is a leash law here in Arizona, and the dog needs to put down, by law. Seeing how the owner's are so lack luster about the situation, knowing they could be looking at a law suit, didn't seem to show any compassion toward the resident's lost of her dog. I guess they are rolling in money so this is just a drop in the bucket of the slumlord's world. Seeing how the park is not enforcing the lease law, provided to protect people from this exact situation. At this point the I would not consider this park, for it is dangerous for children and small pets, knowing there are pit bulls unleashed in the park, with the owner's knowledge. This is not the only incident with these pit bulls, other people have complained about these same exact dogs running up on anyone walking their dogs. If you have to walk your pet in this park, I suggest hornet spray, it is more effective and shoots a lot farther. Spray it into the dog's face and call the police. Sorry but this was a nice safe place, but now its a death trap to anyone with small children or pets. If the owner reads this, your an AH.

Nice clean park with fair prices. Love the location, we were 10 mins away from practically everything!

Site was clean and ready when I got here. Very friendly office staff that I spoke with on the phone and once I arrived Merri was very helpful.

Fellow park tenants are neighborly and quite hrs are respected.

Only been here a week and I have No Complaints.

A+

The park is quiet the tenants are all friendly, but there are no amenities. There’s a laundry room, but the machines aren’t available right now and the bathrooms are always dirty. No cleaning service apparently. The summer rent is outrageous, for my 5th wheel we were paying $900-$1100 for the lot and elec. its too much for not having any amenities
