Made an appointment with site rep to tour and talk about space rental. She never showed up. Location is in a less than stellar area, the lots and "community center" are not well kept. Some of the renters have garbage piled around their campers/RVs. This location would be an absolute last resort for an RV stay.

Was there before it was supposed to be closed, called #, Never called back!!! They had an Orange note on the door that said Immediate Correction: Electrical boxes, that's EXACTLY what SHUT DOWN it's sister station Mesa Gardens!!! Where we had to move 2 days after the fire that killed 2 residents!!!

Perfect stay for our family...

We were in town visiting family, and in a pinch looking for a place that could accommodate our large 5th wheel in a short notice. We booked online and somehow enter the wrong email address and didn't get our confirmation. When we arrived, the owner/manager came out to greet us and immediately helped us sort out our mistakes and took us over to an available site.

She was so helpful and went above and beyond to get us situated. Thank you!

Just know that this is a very urban location with a train, and there are none of the frills and glam, but the sites were spacious and full hook up. It worked for us perfectly, especially since my sister lives within minutes from the park.

We stayed her for 4 months, and upon backing into our site the older man backed us up, my husband told him the holes we were in were way to deep and that it was unacceptable he said the lady would be in the office Wednesday to go discuss the holes with her. Also he plugged our power cord in for us (which we have NEVER had anyone do) and we were told DO NOT UNPLUG this once I plug it in it stays until you leave. When Wednesday came we went to discuss with her about fixing the holes and it was said they were working on trying to find someone to fill the holes. She did call 1 time for a date but my husband (who has our truck) works M-Sat and works 10-12 hour days so they were not able to accommodate that. When we left we were told “they tried but could not find anyone to fill in the holes” which I have posted pictures below. In 100% honesty the holes should have been filled before they pulled ANYONE in that spot. If you get pulled into lot 6 please check to make sure holes have been fixed, because if they aren’t, they won’t be.

First, the positives -

People in the office and park staff are really nice and professional, and they have all amenities at every site.

Now the negatives -

The spots have weird rebar (old construction) sticking out of the cement pad (which you can not park on) there are a few pipes sticking out of the dirt by the water spigot which is quite unsafe if you are hooking up after dark. There are also train tracks nearby, and they go by at around 1130p, 430a, and 730a. It is very, very noisy, so don't count on getting great sleep.
