DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE 80 plus these Hicks cant mind their own business after a year living with my mom the crout knocks on door saying the 55 plus cant never leave the home and everyone has to be 55 plus we are 51 our mother is 79! Meanwhile all these snowbirds leave for the whole summer once it gets 75!!!!! Try that in Brooklyn

I have 3 family members who live in this park on a fixed income. Quiet, and clean. But for the amount you pay yearly and how much it keeps going up no one is guna be able to afford it. Its a very small park and annual should be cheaper then other parks. You would think the annual fee would include triming trees not just palms and having things to do during the summer for the year around folks. Oh can't forget my mom was out of electric for over 18 hrs and almost lost all of her food in fridge. If she didnt have me around she would have been staying in there and died of heat stroke. Ridiculous. Electric is constantly going out for long periods of time. For the amount the annual is, upgrade the dam electric for dam sake the pool area and grill area doesn't need upgraded the electric main needs updated. Get priorities right.

I currently live full-time at Apache Wells RV Resort (55+ community) in a 40-foot fifth wheel. I moved down here in 2020 and love the place! The people here are friendly and there's a lot of events hosted by the resort. The price is the least expensive of all Cal-Am resorts. Since the resort is part of the Cal-Am resorts, visitors to Apache Wells can attend events at any of the other 12 parks in Mesa. Apache Wells also has park models for sale for people who want to move here away from the snow country.
