After staying in the RV section for 3 months, I decided to purchase a home here. The residents are extremely friendly and welcoming. The park staff are exceptional. Being alone now, I have felt very safe here. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are so many activities: cards, games, dancing, exercise class, sewing, crafts, shuffleboard as well as beautiful club house and pool with hot tub and sauna. The park has easy egress and close to all kinds of shopping and on the Tucson bus system. My two dogs and I are very happy here.

My mom lives here and it's ok. I think they overcharge for lot rent but do have a guard at the entrance to help keep the residents safe. Her neighbors are super friendly. The community is well kept and is 55+.

I visit a lot of these 55 and older places as I am a therapist and a lot of my patients live in parks. This one is by far one of the nicest visually. The people I have met are nice and friendly.
