The management is too busy gossiping about tenants. I know for a fact my husband has been the topic of MANY discussions (who happens to be a man of color). He has also been singled out on many occasions regarding ridiculous matters (weeds that are the neighbors, our dog, guest(s) visiting, etc). It's a nice property though, but a lot of "KAREN'S" reside in there and are very nosey! Unfortunately, transients have made their way to and thru the park, so you'll see many walking thru at night without actually living there.

This 55+ RV park was mostly full time, older some very old but nicely kept up, some for sale as I'm sure many of these type rv parks are, we're learning. It was clean & fairly quiet (as quiet as can be with larger airports near the cities & it being located off busy roads. But busy roads mean lots of good shopping, dining & entertainment, with a casino not far away plus so much more in the surrounding area.

The real reason I gave it only 3 stars & I had to push myself for 3 is because of the site we were out in, off a narrow street with a curve right by the site (#60) & the cement pad we needed to back next to were nice but the gravel between the cement areas was in spots about 5" higher than gravel, which we needed to move our 41' fifth over several times backing it into place, the drive had a good slope down along with all the cement pad ledges which was not great for our rv or truck tires. We also had to back into the site nearly up against the older yr around trailer to fit into that site & safely get unhooked.

Also because it was such an older rv park, the sewer & water hookup was on the wrong side of our rv, fortunately we do have on hand extra sewer hoses & water hoses in case. The electric hookup was at the back & wed suite old but seemed to work sufficiently. We were only there 1 week so didn't have time to visit their amenities but most seemed friendly. It is a PA RV park so the price & cleanliness made it worth it. They did have several vacant sites during the time we were there that would have been a far better fit for us, not sure why we were put in such an inadequate site? Because we were PA members or???

Huuuuge park. I visited once for an OfferUp purchase. Nothing spectacular really stood out, it's just another trailer park. Some nice trailers and some not so nice trailers. It was quiet and seemed peaceful during the day.
