Quiet , clean. Tracy manages the property well. We used Uber a lot and they were even impressed with the maintenance of the property . The speed bumps are a little extensive, but hey no one’s speeding! The lot rent is a little pricey, but the electric is included with the lot rent. It would be easier if the lot rent was available to view & pay online. I hadn’t seen Tracy driving around the lot at any odd times, she’s just checking on the property, as she should.
