From jct Idaho Rd/Hwy 88 & US 60 (Superstition Fwy): Go 1 mi W on US 60 to (exit 195/Ironwood Dr), then 1-1/2 mi N on Ironwood, then 1/2 mi W on Apache Trail, then 500 feet N on Delaware.
A very mellow quiet park, no problems, nice residents ..and managers Christy and Paul are friendly and helpful.
A very laid back vibe, enjoyed my stay,

Had to move out but had stuff in a shed in which the lock was cut off even after 2 months my property remained in the shed untouched that has to say something about management of the property there's not too many places where your stuff is safe even when it's unlocked thank you Paul and Christy for all your help God bless you guys
The managers of this park are great people; their family is a good family. They have high ethics and love people. They are excellent worker and managers. They love people and their guests.
Such wonderful people who run this place! I have only met their daughters great girls!! (They also have sons) Played corn hole so much fun!! I will come back next year!!
The manager and the residents were very nice. Even though this place is not gated, we didn’t have any problems with our things. Full hook ups. No WiFi. Convenient location. You can walk to places to eat. Walmart and Safeway are very close. The place was clean, our spot was level. No noise. No drama!
