I've lived here for over 10 years. The streets are maintained regularly. The pool is kept clean and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and pretty much keep to themselves. Tracy does a good job of running it and keeping it a quiet, clean place to live. My interactions with her have always been positive. As other reviewers have stated, as long as you follow the rules of the park, you won't have any problems.
