We love Desert Springs! Stayed for 9 months and hope to return. The Park is very clean with great amenities (pool. Jacuzzi, golf, laundry room and club house) along with entertainment activities. The location is great as your in the desert to enjoy the quiet and beauty of it all but close enough to town for shopping and entertaiment. Boyd and Dan are very nice. They were helpful and accommodating with getting me setup with internet service so I could work remotely. Hope to be back soon!

The only good thing I can say regarding this RV Park is that the people staying in the casitas and rv’s are very nice. We had some awesome neighbours. The management is terrible and the price he charged us for 2 months was outrageous. Don’t fooled by the pictures on the website because this park does not have the amenities to charge $1,800 a month. He demanded 2 months at check in and was very rude. We sold our trailer while we were there and still had a week and a half paid for but he made the new owners leave. We have never been treated so badly in our 15 years of rving. Do not ever look at staying in this park!

Stopped to check out the facility. Such a wonderful place ❤️ The Casitas are set up beautifully where 2 people could live there comfortably and still have extra space. The idea of having a shed to add on for company, man or ladies cave,is great and it added to its charm.I also love the idea of a staircase to be able to relax on top of the Casitas. Lots of things to do and away from the hustle and bustle of a city!

We have been to Desert Springs Ranch three times in the past 4 winters. What a great spot with some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. This park is on the smaller side which we really like yet it has all the amenities of any larger park. Pickleball, horseshoes, mini golf, 9 holes of regular golf which just opened and is in very good condition for being so new. Nice heated pool with a hot tub and an on site restaurant that is open for the busy winter months. We have made lifelong friends at DSR and will continue to make it our go to place in Arizona.

I have lived in the community for over 2 years and I truly love this place. Its is a safe community and very quiet. It is far enough from the city to enjoy wonderful night skies and close enough that's its not an in convenience to drive into town when needed. My neighbors are wonderful people and when the park fills up during the winter, the visitors are amazing as well. Boyd has done a great job every year making the community better, adding more golf holes, 9 total now, miniature golf, driving range, adding new pickle ball court and laying red brick pavers down on remaining lots makes it much more attractive. I would recommend this resort to anyone over 55 that who is looking for a peaceful retirement community.
