The owner randy has alot to learn about being a manager and being professional. I inquired about the property recently and made an appointment to meet. On the night previously my dog had passed and I had contacted him that next morning to cancel. I did not provide the reason as it was not his concern. He stated he only shows by appointment and I thanked him . I contacted him back an hour later to reschedule and he then stated he was completely booked. He did this out of spite and if you would see the court it is nothing at all to be that way about. He should honestly be glad someone was inquiring to live there from the looks of it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! PLACE IS A DUMP
if you're thinking of living here, forget it. The manager will kick you out of your trailer. the manager is not nice and he wants money out of everyone.
I've had my own experience where I am getting kicked out just because he wants the trailer.
It's all about the money
Typical slum lord. Don’t waste your time & money. The “manager” or whoever runs this dump may have a drug problem… He adds extra $$$ to your rent when he pleases for no reason & when you don’t have so money for him when he demands, he’ll kick you out of the same place you paid to live. RUN. Scam trailer park just like the rest of them
An amazing deal tbh. They'll lure you in with a low monthly rent and just in case you get overwhelmed with the amount of money you're saving, they'll up the rent every few months just to even it out. If you are ever too warm, well don't worry because the trailer is so horribly put together that there will be a draft from all the door and some windows, you'll never get too hot, it's great. And I think the best part about this place is you'll never be lonely, even if you live by yourself because of the amount of roaches in this whole park, they will always be there and you don't have to worry about an exterminator coming out to kill your new friends because regardless of how many times you ask the front office to send one out, they won't, isn't that fantastic?! This place gives a solid opportunity to learn to be your own handyman as well because the trailer itself feels like they were built by a 15y/o with a tube of Elmer's glue, things are constantly falling apart in them, you yourself get the chance to fix it because they will not send the park repairman to your place unless it's literally on fire. Overall I wouldn't move back here and I'm sorry I moved there in the first place.
