Great place to live. Well maintained and very clean. Smaller park with friendly neighbors. Seems to be a close nit little community. Lots of activities for seniors. Manager, Sally, is very friendly and helpful. Also, lot rent is less expensive than most places
This small park is very clean and well maintained. We stayed in the front RV section and we were immediately welcomed by a wonderful group of neighbours. The pool and hot tub are always kept at the perfect temperature. Sally does a wonderful job and is extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning.
Beautiful pool clean, washroom well kept love the yearly campers that look out for each other. Sally is great and runs park smoothly. I love it and will be here many seasons to come.
The Park is fantastic. The issue is the lack of fit for human habitation conditions it's located in. EPA burning violations, 40 foot long pile of waste stacked against our back wall filled with over & attracting pests of all types.
ORV violations all night on the dead end road behind the park where the cut through a vacant plot of land. The lack of any type of enforcement by Maricopa County means you are left living in very unsavory surroundings. Total failure of Health Department, Fire & Police Ordinance Departments. No excuse, just sad. Had I known this I would have got a place in Apache Junction.

Staying at the Pacific Manor was a wonderful experience. The management, Sally, was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Everyone at the park is very nice. The place is very well-maintained. The rest rooms and showers are new and clean. they clean the pool every day. If I ever come back in this area I will definitely stop by here again,
