I have been reading reviews about about where we live at Newhaven Estates and I'm sorry those people had such a bad experience. We have lived here since 2017. There were problems with many things prior to our new manager Barb taking over. But you should come back again and give us another try. Barb has made so many improvements since she came. The park is looking great and if you have a problem, Barb takes care of it promptly. We are a great little community in a beautiful spot looking at the majestic Superstition Mtns.

We have been coming here for years and we can truly say we love it now. There was a problem with previous management and things we're going downhill. But since Barb took over she has improved property here in the short time she's been here. Shes always available and so pleasant to deal with. So glad to be coming back next year.

We enjoyed ourselves at Newhaven Estates for two weeks in Feb/Mar 2023. The park is very friendly with a real sense of community and numerous activities. There’s a mix of mobile homes and campers and the sites are level with additional parking for towed trailers or other vehicles. It’s located on the eastern edge of Apache Junction but still convenient to plenty of shopping so it’s probably quieter than parks located more in-town. The clubhouse has a well equipped kitchen and gathering area. Other parks may offer more amenities but also cost more. The only thing I’d recommend needing attention are the restrooms - they’re adequate but could use some TLC and maybe renovating - but if you use your camper then no problem. We brought our Jeep and did exploring and hiking in the area.

This was a beautiful oasis at the edge of the desert. I just drove through and am saddened at current management/owner has allowed all the beautiful that was here to die and weed up. Park looks run down and tired. And the residents are not being appreciated, they are 55+ but suddenly are required to own a computer to pay their rent and corporate consistently loses payments that are mailed. No one onsite to talk to about homes that are available nor any maintenance staff handling day to day issues. Would not recommend.

New ownership makes it a two star place. I'm specifically talking about the Wickiup location. It's called Sundance 2 now. The Newhaven folks are friendly people.
