From jct Idaho Rd/Hwy 88 & US 60 (Superstition Fwy): Go 3 mi W on US 60 to (exit 193/Signal Butte Rd, then 2 mi N on Signal Butte Rd, then 500 feet W on Apache Trail.
Anytime a problem arises ,the office personnel notifies us residents right away . The place is well kept. The neighbors friendly. And everyone keeps their spaces well groomed.employees are very friendly and on top of all things that are brought to their attention if needed -. I would recommend anyone who would like a well kept and friendly place to live. Ho by the way, there are great amenities . 2 Pools , jacuzzi, gym, 2 laundry rooms, billiard room , arts &craft room.and scheduled activities every month.
I just moved here from another park. I have known the Manager, previously, from another park I resided at. I moved here, because of The Property, but more so, because SHE and her Assistant "take care of business" and are A WONDERFUL Management Team! The Park is immaculately clean, residents are friendly and I live here "year-round" in my RV Trailer. I am an Arizonan, "by birth" and returned here, after retiring from my career in another state a few years back. I LOVE it here!!
I have been living her now only about 7 months now and I love it here! The community is so friendly and I enjoy my little quaint Home. I have the best neighbors ever. They are ways willing to be there when I need them. The management team keeps up on the property, which makes it really nice to live in a pretty community. I am super happy and enjoy living here.
Apts is not a place for retired people even if its 55+ No security gate that closes . No mailboxes that lock so anyone can go get your mail out. I found my mail up the road. Very loud with traffic going by.
The pool has been green and unmanaged for the last 3 years! Many have complained and nothing has been done! Rent keeps going up and pool still stays dirty smelly and green! They told us they were going to drain it and clean it in the middle of April and never got done! The person that cleans the pool just throws a vacuum in it in the morning but does not scrub the sides or clean out the bugs on the top of the water. The pool sides and bottom are black and green! The pool should be cleaned by a pool service that knows what they are doing! The park goes after people who do not keep their yards and mobile up to their standards and we should have the right to a clean pool to swim in! I have attached 2 photos of 3 years ago and now and what we deal with everyday and nothing is ever done I would not recommend anyone to move into this park! All you get is some excuse just to get you out the door and then do nothing.
It was great the management took to the problem and fixed the issues with the pool and I thank them for that! Now we face a new problem that the retaliation from management has begun. The new president of activities was told by the manager not to associate with my mother and I and that we cause problems! This is not ok! We complained for a very good reason and spoke up on what everyone was afraid to speak out about! Very unprofessional and a defamation of character to us!
