I really appreciate the follow rules as written policy. Now residents know exactly how, what, and when, and can refer to the rules guidelines. The park is looking so refreshed now, and I truly appreciate all the improvement. Yes the park is older, however what upgrades that have been done make it less run down looking. The rent is very fair in comparison to the majority of all other parks anywhere around us. The manager is reliable, and does follow rules!
Small park where you get to know your neighbors. Very friendly people live here.
I found this place for my brother. Rent has always been paid on time. My brother has cancer and going thru chemotherapy so my sister handles his rent. Looks like the recent review from someone stating they are kicking long term RV tenants to the curb, but the worst part is they don't have the guts to notify them, instead just avoiding calls but still taking their money. Shame on you. In addition to this the reply from management to the review given 5 days ago said they are doing away with SOME RV's , sounds?like that is discriminating
The pool and hot tub have been closed for repairs for almost the whole season with no opening in sight. The manager said they’re waiting for an inspection from Maricopa County so they can obtain permits. This is supposed to be an RV resort with a “pristine swimming pool and hot tub”, but even when it was open, it wasn’t maintained and was really dirty.
The manger in Mosaic Sun needs to be taught to be professional and keep confidential. We had an incident with our pet and she did not give us due process by coming to us and talking with us about the incident. She arbitrarily got a lawyer to evict us. We knew about the eviction notice even before it was in the mail because she was telling our neighbors about it! Very unprofessional. Our neighbors did not need to know this!!
We’ve been in this park for 11 seasons and our dog for 6. We’ve never had a complaint about our dog until this one resident moved in last year!!
They tout a pristine pool and hot tub but they have been closed since Oct 2022 no excuse to take 5 months to get permits to fix a gas leak!!
They have double standards. We were notified that we are no longer allowed in the park because of our dog breed and over 20” at the shoulder(been in this park for 12 seasons) yet they just let someone in last week that have a golden lab over 20” at the shoulder!!
