From jct Loop 101 & US 60 (Superstition Fwy): Go 13-1/4 mi E on US 60 (exit 189)/Sossaman), then 1/2 mi N on Sossaman Rd, then 1 mi E on Southern.
I've lived in several home associations. This is definitely not the friendliest. This is the first community that i have lived in that separates dog owners from the others. I wish they would separate the grumpy ones from the friendly pleasant people. That being said, I do feel safe and I actually look forward to the snowbirds. Lots of fun attractions and games galore.
Located at 202&60 overpasses. hwy noises are so loud we cannot sleep at night and now stuck here for 3 months. Went to office and they will not move us, stating all sites are booked. We will never return to this park . 😡😖😕🤨
Wonderful, friendly residents. Seems like everyone takes the time to say "hello".

It truly is a Resort.
Large friendly resort. Pools whirlpool tennis pickleball plenty of other entertainent and clubs to enjoy. Large RV lots with full concrete pads. Easy access to all of mesa . We are enjoying our stay.
This is a great place to live it's safe it's quiet the people are nice the office lady's are the best kind and nice. The gate guys are nice it's a gated community your stuff is safe at night . That means a lot to me ..and the space is large trust me lots of room for all your toys I'm staying here and not even looking for another location....
