Very nice place to live. Lots of businesses in the area.
If the idea for all of the new rules and regulations over the past 2 years was to get people to leave Skyheaven estates, you have successfully done this. It's sad to see how many people are leaving and one can't imagine that all these changes are not playing a role in their decision making. Too bad it used to be a nice friendly place. Now it's just a mobile home park with a whole lot of rules and regulations that not everyone likes or agrees with.
Gates don’t always work. Homeless ppl often in the pool area and our library. No maintenance man, many empty trailers and ppl moving out. No manager. I liked it here when I moved here but it has gone downhill
Very quiet clean property friendly tenants, I wish I lived here it would be a blessing even though I'm disabled and a quiet person I'm still just a couple years too young to live here
I'm pleased as a resident of Skyhaven Estates that I'm able to raise my prior review to higher standards & better living conditions. New projects and overdue repairs have recently begun. These improvements and new commodities are direct results from residents meeting with Skyhaven management & our vice president. In fairness, this Corporation only came into ownership a year ago, & our park was in poor condition. We still lack any guest parking lots, and Handicapped parking. Until recently no one could park in the street even in front of our own home & some cars were towed. Recently designated sides on each street were established where residents & visitors can safely park. I see some small lots being prepared; hopefully for extra parking including Handicapped parking! Our septic system was constructed in the early 1960's and that's been a problem with some residents experiencing backups. It's great that we now have companies regularly pumping the septic systems, and hopefully we'll get updated plumbing. Several new streetlights have been established throughout the park. We need more improvements; however it's encouraging to see progress. Understandably, all needed repairs and updates will take time. On a personal note, I am especially grateful to our management and our vice president for assisting me with some safety repairs to my home and lot. I'm enjoying happier, less stressful living conditions. After all, this is our home!
