Located 11 miles from Gold Canyon and 18 miles from Scottsdale. From Phoenix: take I-17 south to I-10 east and I-10 will connect with 202-Red Mountain Freeway. Take 205 east to the Greenfield Rd. Exit. Then turn right (south) on Greenfield to Main St. and turn left (east) on Main St. Go 1/2 mile, and you will see Mesa Regal entrance on the left (north) side.
This is a park that has friendly people. We checked in yesterday with lots of junk on our site. Two large boxes filled with dog crate, old dining chair, 20’ pipes. I called the office and was told park does not check sites before new guests arrive and park in their sites. We were told to wait for Friday trash pickup and put it at the curb. Site also missing a trash can for weekly pickup. VERY disappointed. Will not be extending for the year.
Also, one can stay for 3-4 months but if you want to stay a year, they want a background check at guests expense. Guess the guests here turn “criminal “ after four months.
I’m very disappointed in this park.
Nice RV Resort. Service was excellent. Roads narrow, spaces kind of small, lots of amenities.
This is an RV resort for 55+. You can rent a park model home for a week(s) or a month(s).
This RV park has peaceful evenings but with lively daytime activities during peak season. Billiards room (12 tables!), golf putting area, large net practice area, pickle ball, bocce ball, dog park, dog agility course, main pool has a large bar, big screen tv's, and live bands play few times a week (I think). Wait staff do not accept tips. The shower rooms are a treat with a curtained separate area/room for your items/wet clothes, then you step into the 2nd curtained off (hot) shower. Close to many golf courses. Tempe Beach Park and Papago park is about 20 mins. away.
