We have rented a space from Trail Riders for the last two years, we have been very pleased with this community. James the Maintenance guy keeps this property clean and up to Par, he rides around on his cart during business hours and gets everything done around here that needs to get done ( other communities we stayed at were like a ghost town since COVID and to get anything done was nearly impossible to get a hold of a maintenance person) he even takes residence trash out for them just to be helpful and kind. I highly recommend Trail Riders for a place to stay with your RV or rental house.
We are very pleased with both Tom and Dawn from mar communities . They are polite, easy to work with, and did their best to make our stay more comfortable. Thank to both of them
James from MAR maintenance arrived to replace my kitchen faucet which was leaking. He had the new faucet with him and I was happy to see it was a better looking model than what I had.
James was very courteous and quickly replaced it, then cleaned up around the sink and below.
I appreciated the quick response from MAR because they had the job done less than 48 hrs. after my work order request.
My experience with the maintenance here is awesome he fully explained what was gonna happen to the repair of my washer besides that I really like his personality and they way he maintains the landscaping awesome
