Apollo Village is a beautiful 55+ adult community. It's very clean and well kept. Office managers are great. Shout out to Priscilla in the office. She helped us out and we are grateful.I have not met my neighbors as I have not moved in yet. Looking forward to October1st!
Management is cliquey with some residents here and will actively harass you to try and get you evicted.
Strict rules about visitors if you're not on file and if you're one of the ones that aren't part of the harassment clique they will pester you with notices of trivial violations of their policies.
On a positive note the grounds are clean which is nice, some people have nice decorations in their front yard.
Be wary if you're a bird of your own feather. If they don't like you you're going to have a target on your back when you just want to be left alone.
This mobile home park is as quiet as it gets. A good friend lives here with her elderly mother. They allow pets and everyone is friendly. The lot rent is very reasonable if you are on a budget. Convenient to pretty much everything.
