From South to North - go North on 67th Ave, 1 light North of Glendale Ave to Myrle Ave. Turn right or east on Myrtle Ave and park is on the right.
Kind managers. Clean. Lots of long term tenants. Nice pool. Mostly families. Fairly quiet. The park is kept up and there is a laundromat very close.
Phoenix is a large spread out city and it’s hard to work out where is best to stay, but check where the trains run first. This park is very clean and has lovely long term guests. The manager is a lovely lady and helpful. Amenities are all good, great laundry too.
Public transport is nearby and $4.00 for a day pass. But be prepared for TRAIN horns all night. Phoenix needs to fix this! Grand Ave is not so Grand. Otherwise this park is very nice but short on short term stays.
Most of the people are friendly and they keep to themselves for the most part. Just wish the rules were a bit more lax and applied to everyone equally
We have been here almost a year. Pretty quiet park with clean laundry rooms. Lot rent is reasonable considering the inflation. Wish there were adult hours in the evenings at the pool and the laundry room hours were a little earlier and later (due to the summer heat). Management is great. They try their best to stay up on everything. We put down a little artificial grass and spruced up our space.
I stayed briefly with a friend at this trailer park. I have to say that as far as trailer parks go, it was actually really quite nice. It wasn't upscale and it was obvious lot of families were probably low-income, however, while I was there I heard no fighting, I never saw cops there, never any negative events and I was actually there for quite a while.
If I owned a trailer and was in the market, I would definitely move there!
