This is the nicest mobile home/RV park we’ve been to so far. My husband is a travel nurse. We have a 38’ travel trailer, and it fits with space to spare. We have a concrete patio, and we park our Dodge Ram next to it. We still have plenty of space to take our dogs out to potty in front of our trailer. The concrete patio is definitely a nice touch, and we are glad to have full hookups again! The grounds are kept pretty clean from what I’ve seen so far. Our lot is more spacious than the last mobile home/RV park we stayed at. We have quite a bit of space left between us and the mobile home next to us after we’ve put our awning out. I haven’t met the ladies who work here yet, but they’ve been really friendly on the phone. There are many stores and restaurants nearby, too. They do require a lot of information to get approved here, but I feel it is the main reason it’s so nice here. I’ll eventually upload pictures to this review.

Horrible place to live!! Management is super difficult to get in touch with, near impossible! Management does not care at all for the tenants, manager allows my neighbor harass/bully me. I have submitted evidence to manager and pleaded for help. All I got in return was a 10 day notice to leave the park, (I’m guessing that’s so they don’t have to deal with the situation). I asked for a reason why I had to leave and not the neighbor for violating the rules of the park. Manager wouldn’t give me a reason. Rent is $700 for a lot space. Other parks charge way less and have pools and gyms. This place has no amenities and They don’t take care of the place either. Light bulbs are burned out so it’s dark at night. Smells like sewage because they don’t fix septic tanks.

I've lived at Primrose for 2 years now. Everyone minds their business here. Never felt unsafe & it's in a great area. However, prices have sky rocketed since I've moved in. From paying $520 to now $800+ ( for newcomers, it's $950) & their only going to go up from here. Not worth it for a slab on concrete that doesn't offer much amenities. Also, there are too many power outages during the summer. You might as well start finding an apartment worth the money.

The use of the word "Estates" in the name is a joke, this place is a dump. There are 60 year old mobile homes here that are terrible shape; and they store their junk outside. There are sharp speed bumps every 50', and the spaces are tight.

We didn't set up camp at all, as we were afraid everything would get stolen. There is a concrete pad that separates your RV space from your parking space. Someone had obviously lived here for a long time, as there was grease and oil all over it.

The clincher was when a guy showed up at 5:30 this morning to dump the septic tank right across from us. There isn't even any management on site. There's a reason there are so many sites available. I do not recommend a stay here.

Hector contacted me to fix a plumbing issue ordered by the management company. He was not only friendly but very efficient and completed the task before the time he informed me it would be done. When he notified me that it was complete, I asked him to check on an issue that I requested several times with no response. I needed a bedroom window repaired because one of the dual panes was missing. Hector was very receptive and actually fixed it that day. I highly recommend Hector and appreciate his politeness and thoroughness.
