Hector contacted me to fix a plumbing issue ordered by the management company. He was not only friendly but very efficient and completed the task before the time he informed me it would be done. When he notified me that it was complete, I asked him to check on an issue that I requested several times with no response. I needed a bedroom window repaired because one of the dual panes was missing. Hector was very receptive and actually fixed it that day.
