Went here looking for a trailer for my mom (mind you this is all new to us we just started looking for a trailer for her and don't know "all the rules"). I had looked at several other gated parks that day without any problems. Everyone else at the other parks were super friendly when I was driving around I was stopped and asked what was doing at the other parks which I completely understand (keep in mind they where always friendly and nice to me) I would tell them why I was there and they would always be helpful and most of the time would even tell what was available in the area. But NOT AT THIS PARK WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! A guy in a golf cart came flying up to my truck so I stopped (figuring he must be in a hurry and I was going really slow so I must have been in his way) he comes flying up next to me and stop so I rolled down my window like any normal person. He began screaming at me what I'm doing there. So I respond nicely that I'm here with my mom she is looking for a trailer ( keep in mind I'm not even 5'3 and a 130 lbs not scary or intimidating at all I have zero tattoo and no piercings besides my ear. The only other people in the truck are my mom and my 9 year old daughter). Before I could even finish my sentence he is screaming at me again that how dare we be there (also I drive very nice lifted truck that's really tall) he basically trying to get as close to me as he possibly could so he could scream in my face as loud as he possibly could. By the time we left my daughter was crying and didn't understand why this stranger was screaming at us. If I realized we were not aloud to look around I wouldn't have but I honestly didn't know. All he would have needed to do was tell I had to make an appointment and we could have came back tomorrow and made one. But we will certainly not becoming back and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place!

The managers are rude, obnoxious, petty people who lack any customer service skills. They don't post rules for perspective buyers, and then yell at them if the don't follow said rules. We.bought a trailer for my wife to winter at while I stay in Minnesota full time. My wife is over 55 and qualifies for residence, they yelled at her for not getting approved to live in the park prior to buying. Then they denied the application because I'm under 55 even though I won't be living there. We had to sell the trailer back to the original owners. My wife did find another place in a different park and bought it. The stories of the managers being disrespectful and rude abound in this park. There are alot of 55 over parks in Apache Junction, and would avoid this one at all cost.

Spent a week at Dana’s to attend spring training games. Staff is courteous and helpful. Park is clean and has many options for activities. Shuffle board, cornhole, heated swimming pool with hot tub. Gated property. Residents were friendly and active.
