Many improvements have been made. A hot tub as well trees have been added to the front and rear of the permanent homes.

Restrooms have been completely renovated. Horseshoe pit has been redone. They also have plenty of fun things to do in the winter months. Management has been top notch for caring for all of the guest that visit and the year round tenants.

Their recent renovations and upgrades have turned out beautifully. I stayed here a few years ago, and then stayed again this summer for a week while passing through the southwest on an extended road trip. The difference is amazing. The showers and bathroom facilities were sparkling clean and the location near the freeway was convenient.

Also I want to say the managers were so helpful and friendly.

Jessica (manager) is great. She answers the phone after hours. She even keeps some quarters in her office if you need to buy some for the laundry. I've lived at VIP just a few months, but love it so far.

This park has sewage issues once snowbirds arrive and fill up park. Complained to management 3 weeks in a row about sewage running over on our lot. Was unable to dump our black tank from March 7 to March 30th due to sewage running over on the ground. Management refused to communicate with me regarding the problem. When I finally talked to someone on March 21st was threatened with eviction for excessive fresh water leaks into sewer line. Did not use their sewer hookup for a week still ran over but management refuses to take responsibility. Called Pinal County Health Department and filed a complaint.
