We are Canadian and this is our go to resort when we come across the border. This review is based on how our 2-3 times a year stays are.

Hotel: Unfortunately the front desk reception at the hotel consistently has very poor customer service. They will not greet you with a smile or they may not even say Hi when you approach their counter. This evening, I went to ask what the possibility for a late checkout was, and the agent at the desk was so rude and didn’t even get my name. Even their managers are rude but the only exception being Cherish who was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind.

Casino: good selection of slot machines. Very limited selection on table games. Dealers are nice, cheery and engaging. Slot attendants have always been helpful when I was looking for a machine. Even when they don’t know, they try to help by asking other colleagues.

Restaurants: servers are usually really good. Food options are aplenty. Taste of tulalip has really good seafood chowder.

Update: just checked out and had the best service the entire stay from Reina & Ashley D (manager) that you so much for your help sorting out our bill and for being the the most professional and kind during our entire trip this time (Feb 9-11, 2024)

I really enjoyed the casino. The staff were very professional. I can see where someone may say that the staff is rude. They are not. They're just talking their job seriously. Not wanting to let anyone down. Meaning, they respect that there are people who get drunk and ruin everyone's good time. They know people drive for miles and just want to have a getaway with no drama. The only real complaint I have is, there's a weird smell in the hotel rooms. Like a bad rag or sponge. Maybe the wrong sent of cleaner.

We enjoyed the Tulalip Casino and Always eating at the Journey's. The Beef Pho is Amazing 🀩 and very tasteful. The Spring Rolls are Always the Best. The Combination Fried Rice is to Die for. We always love this restaurant and will always come back. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜‹πŸ€€

Tulalip always takes such great care of me in my wife every time we come stay here. It's one of our favorite places to stay with a beautiful view. Also

, we love to get food from our favorite place to eat journeys. We usually stay here once a month or once every other month and it never disappoints.

Great service, very friendly staff and awesome accommodations. 10/10 highly recommend πŸ‘Œ

Slots are terrible; very inconsistent. I don’t know about the hotel experience, but the gambling is horrible. It used to be fun to go up there. The atmosphere was great, and you always felt like you could win. Now the atmosphere is much more subdued, and the clientele has dramatically changed. These people don’t spend money, they just come out to hang with friends. You don’t see them in the restaurants, and their bets are almost always the minimum. Just no fun anymore.
