Directions

From Hwy 20, north of Oak Harbor, turn onto Ault Field Rd. Enter the air station by turning right at the Charles Porter gate (first stoplight). Charles Porter is the only gate accessible to RVs and is open limited hours. If you arrive and the gate is closed, please call (360) 257-3893 to have the gate opened for you. Travel along Charles Porter Ave until you reach Midway St, which is approximately 1 mile from the gate and just past the Skywarrior Theater. Turn left onto Midway. In approximately 1/2 mile, just before you reach a T intersection with Saratoga St, turn left into the parking lot for the Officers' Club and Navy Gateway Inns & Suites' McCormick Lodge.

This is our favorite RV/campsite in Washington. Right in the beach. Clean. Peaceful. And magical sunsets!!

Tent camping was awesome. Morning revealy and afternoon retreat a flash back to my service days. Very little Jet noise, beach and sunset buetiful. Bathrooms clean and shower was nice. Laundry room clean and no charge was a sup rise. My visit to Oakharber was for a gathering of motorcyclists with the meeting at the Cpo club. Was good. Special meeting, not staffed enough line for the bar.

We have camped in our 5th wheel all over the country and this park is on the top of our list! It is just absolutely beautiful and beyond well kept. The flowers, the amenities, the location all cannot be beat! So much for your family to do while enjoying the spectacular view. Large spots and free laundry are icing on the cake! Thank you Cliffside for a perfect week

Beautiful campground, well taken care of. Disappointed it is the most expensive campground on the island. You would think being military, it would be a savings but it is the highest cost there. That said, I would stay here again because I like the safe feeling you get staying on a military base.

Great campground if you are new to camping or if it's you 100th time. Facilities are great. Bathrooms are large and cleaned daily. Has laundry room with sink. Hiking trails and beach right in front of the camping sites. Also very very affordable.
