My husband and I stopped in to see if they had a stationary rental, the person in the office was so annoyed that we were even breathing the same air. We walked out of there laughing going. Oh my gosh I’m so sorry I took up some of your air. we lived in that area for 15 years and a sticks and bricks. My son is still in high school at Cleveland so although the spots are super Duper close together like you’re going to hear your neighbor fart and for 1200 a month. It’s fine they didn’t have a spot, but it cost nothing to be kind.

The reviews on here are absurd. We have been staying here for almost 8 months.

1) The guy at the front desk has always been kind to our family. He takes a picture of my packages and text me when I have a package. He also text me to ask if it was OK to charge my credit card when rent is due.

2) location location location. It's walking distance to Walmart and Mc Donalds. It's super safe. Neighbors know each other. Dogs know each other. We know who the strangers are. Police will be there like yesterday if people are trespassing.

3) Pool, washrooms, dog park, and showers are super duper clean.

4) You get what you pay for. You could stay in the Hood and risk getting robbed. I would rather stay here.

5) If you can't afford to stay here….dont stay here. Simple

We stayed here for 2 months while transitioning in the area from out of state as my husband got a job with Intel, and it’s a very lovely RV park. It’s very peaceful and quiet. The shower rooms are very nice. The pool and hot tub were great! We saw roadrunners and rabbits. We felt very safe and happy during our time here. It’s in a great location close to many stores and restaurants. Highly recommend checking it out!! The office manager and the maintenance personnel were very friendly and you’d often see them around and they always wave hello. The laundry room is also very nice, we used it often and it was clean and well maintained and we always had open washer/dryers available.
