Great place with scenic vistas! Well kept RV sites. Only problem was the 50 amp breaker would trip when we were running both ACs to cool it down (98 degrees outside), over 90 inside RV trailer! Just used 1 AC and it was okay. If Google maps says take Exit 63 off I-25, follow Brown signs. DON’T follow map directions. Best to take Exit 59.

Nice clean park with spacious RV parking, for the most part.

One downside is the washrooms, although they are clean, the water is cool to cold in the showers, the lights are motion sensitive and go off when you are in the shower. The washrooms are not heated, so more of a summer stop over.

Some RV sites are the wrong way round, you therefore end up with your picnic table right next to the next sites sewer outlet.
