very poor customer service. book my spot for one month. i was promised a spot for 2 months. paid for one month. went to the office several times to make sure i was good for the second month. spoke to staff. Tried to pay for my second month well in advance was told. No problem. to pay for it when my first month up. Then 2 days before owner came back from vacation and told us she was booked full and had a waiting list and we had to leave. yet when my friend called said no problem. Mind no complaints made against us. I'm a disabled veteran and i don't recommend this place
I stayed overnight at the park. In fact, I arrived after 8 pm. The information for my.late arrival was waiting on me as promised. The packed is one of the most comprehensive packets I've seen.
I had a wide pull-through space with full hook-ups. They have lots of amenities and the staff was very pleasant to work with.
The park itself was very well maintained and clean.
There ample restaurants and places to shop nearby .
The RV park is easy to get to and well marked. It will be my future go-to RV park in Las Cruces.
