From jct US 70/380 & US 285: Go 1 mi S on US 285, then 2-1/2 mi S on Main St, then 200 yards W on Brasher.
The Manager is so sweet and knowledgeable. The park is very clean. They have many drive through spots. You can get your mail delivered to the office and or get a mailbox. The dog parks are well kept. The laundry facility is well kept. The bath houses are really clean. The clubhouse is very well kept. We couldn’t have chose a better place to park our rv. The outdoor pool looks amazing. We also love that we can take a short drive to see all of Roswell, close to airport, not far of a drive to Ruidoso or Carlsbad and don’t forget to check out bottomless lakes. I will definitely recommend this park.
Updated Review since today is my last day at this park, I feel a final update is in order.
The Neighbors here are all friendly, and helpful even the park manager went out of her way to help. The bathroom and laundry rooms, were always spotless. overall not very loud if your a light sleeper your in for a treat here, I was not able to enjoy the Pool as it was closed for the season. Honestly the only issue I ever had, was not having more time here. The Library was full of books and movies, ping pong gym. With all this is mind I am grateful for every day here, and I will recommend this park to anybody I know
