Get active on our tennis/ pickleball and shuffleboard courts, take a dip in our outdoor heated swimming and lap pools or seek tranquility in our heated spas and nearby nature trails. Our 6,000 square foot modern clubhouse houses our library area and our group activities, including yoga, aerobics, and many others. Along with these resort amenities, our Laundromat and private bathhouse facilities offer the utility that you need for a comfortable stay.
Our resort’s slide-out friendly pads can accommodate RVs of all shapes and sizes, including “Big Rigs” and may others. Full hookups for sewer and water, 50/30/20-amp electric capability, WiFi available, and cable ready connection make resort living hassle-free! List of Amenities:

The first time I stayed here it was very nice. The staff was fantastic!!!!!!! Can't wait to go back again. We didn't use their rooms. We had our own rv. Very nice lots.
They are located right on Hwy 46. Which this gives you quick access to Sanford, Daytona Beach, Orlando, Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island and Melbourne. There is also so much to do right there and they have lots of activities.
This is a great location for visiting the Space Coast and Titusville, including the beaches, and it is real close to I-95 and a LOVES truck stop. The staff is friendly, and helpful, and the campsites, are positioned so no one should have a hard time backing in to them. Some of the campsites are not maintained like they should be, and we had to call in to have the site trash removed. Our site had a ridge in the middle where it use to be paved, as such it was very hard to level the 5ther.
This is a nice location just off 95 with several good restaurants near by. They had a lot of lots available with concrete pads but the put us on a gravel pad. All the utilities had easy access and worked fine.
We were able to see a rocket that launched from Cape Canaveral.! All their roads in the park are one way. The one section you could have an excessive drive each time to get to your site.
This is a great rv resort but it is lacking enforcement of the rules that all guests must sign and agree to when staying here. Example of this is more than two vehicles at sights, tents of certain colors not allowed, 10 mph speed limits, many people under 55 years of age with small children even scene driving golf carts around the park on the weekends when staff is not around, children in the very hot therapy tub with their toys, fire pits on grass, pets not on a leash, golf carts driving the wrong way on one way streets and not stopping at stop signs ( according to Florida law, a golf cart is a motor vehicle). I really like the staff and most truly seem sincere about concerns and are very nice and helpful. Hot tub has not been heated in weeks, lap pool cold and always dirty and staff does nothing about it. The pool and hot tub heaters have been replaced now and seems to be working. I really like this place but it could be the best with attentive and caring management.
