Lifers here with real old RVs an Mobil homes
M H have wooden expansions to the trailers. Just an old run down place that they're trying to run as an RV Park. Not a place for large RV. Very difficult to maneuver entering and exiting Only three or four sites for large pull through RVs if the electric is working. (DP) near us had to move) The drive to your location Blacktop road has holes, cracks, bumpy from tree roots pushing up n low hanging palm trees n some areas. The sights were formally mobile home trailers. There's no room between one location from the other. You're sewer is located next to a picnic table for the other site. Site pad are have cracked Blacktop, n sand very little grass if any. I posted pictures showing the area and also after a rainstorm a real nightmare.
I could not stay as they say they are pet friendly, but they are only "small" pet friendly. They need to remove their pet friendly symbol on the website to "small" pet friendly. My non-aggressive dog, which is a 3 yo lab which is over 30 pounds is NOT welcome.
Very friendly group of snowbirds here! Lots of year round residents as well. Al & Eva were GREaT as the activity directors, coming up with new things all the time. Breakfast & Taco Tuesday were great. Bingo was fun. We stayed a month, would have liked to stay another 2 weeks or so but mgmt didn’t seem to want us to with the price they offered!
