Ok hike.....Rutted terrain and hills make this a moderate hike. Travel to left to see beautiful, rolling pastures.
Great hike with my dog, didn't see another person at all. The yellow trail is constantly changing elevation and surroundings , there is a few roots and rocks to watch out for along the way but overall it's a fairly easy path to follow. The yellow blazes looked freshly painted. Like the other reviews I did find ticks but was not bothered by any other bugs. It's almost all shaded and didn't get hot
What a perfect New Years hike! Perfect weather, well marked trails, wooded canopy with the sun peeking through. Even the puppy agreed!
