Mrs. Lila is amazing. She treats all of her campers as family and it shows! We enjoyed our time there and will definitely keep on our list when we’re back!
I was out there late season hunting and needed a place to tent camp. Called they're number and spoke to the owner who was away from the office. She set us up with more than we were expecting and then some. I will DEFINITELY camp there again while in the area. Very friendly and awesome views.
This is a great park! Got a tent site, nice flat, manicured grass in a dedicated fenced off area. Parked our bikes right close by so we didn't have to pack gear. Cody and Lila are great! very hospitable, great hosts! gave us some wire to fix a tent pole, free candy when you book in. Full services, laundry, shower, common area with TV and internet, warm and dry. These people go out of their way to make your stay a great experience, highly recommended A++ definitely would stay again if I'm in the area.
A mosquito magnet trap or spraying would help in the tent area, other than that this place is very well setup
We totally recommend! Stayed in September 2023 and from the moment we arrived, the owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. One of the best campgrounds we've stayed at with our rv. Beautiful views from the vista they created on their property. The owners even helped us pick some places to visit and local events going on.
