We got here about an hour ago for one night’s stay. Concrete pad, soft grass, mature trees that tower over the rig to offer lots of shade, and they provided an easy after hours check in. It is Saturday evening on Memorial Day weekend, and the only sounds are the cicadas. Very peaceful. It was very easy to find from I-10. Would definitely stay again for the quiet atmosphere.

Very friendly staff and parking area was very quiet and level. My only complaint is they only have one rest room/bath house with 2 toilets and 2 showers for such a large park, and it was quiet a walk to get there from our spot. It is very old and smells very musty. Some up grades are definitely called for.

Was happy i had a safe environment and my things could be left outside and not stolen. As a travel nurse, I appreciated the area I stayed in. Yes some vehicles leave at 0430.. but a lot of us have to work while staying at campgrounds! Never had any issues while here!

Great place to stay! This is not a resort park. It is a peaceful, calm, quiet location. Well maintained and clean. Friendly folks. Quick 5-10 minute drive for city needs. 30 minutes to New Orleans. I stayed a little over a month and would stay again.

Perfect location for visiting New Orleans or the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This place has many pave sites or concrete patios and if staying for a longer term as a snowbird ,travel nurse or short term project manager , there is no better location . staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. There are 9 acres of lakes on the property, all paved streets and close to the interstate for going anyplace quick.
