UPDATE: AT LEAST GLAD MGR NO LONGER LIES IN SAYING "THEY'RE TAKEN TO A SHELTER", WHERE THEY MAY HAVE HAD A CHANCE! PRAYING NOT, BUT MANY WERE PROBABLY DEVOURED BY WILDLIFE!
For animal lovers and compassionate people, you may want to reconsider staying here! I am aware of the cat problem in the past, according to the manager, was rectified. It was rectified OK, they're lying about trapping those poor cats and taking them to a shelter! Dave, their crazy and volotile Maintenance Mgr is proud of his trapping them, taking them across the creek and dumping them in the woods! Why...because he knows cats won't come thru water! Some of those cats were pets, many were cared for and fed, but none deserved that! If mngt wants to deny, there is proof!
They tried to charge me $12 a person just to visit for an hour. You have to be crazy if I am paying that. It's outrageous you go to a park it's $3 a person. I told the at the counter I was picking someone up she told me it doesn't matter
Very relaxing and peaceful place to get away.. my kids love being able to run free and play.. the camps are a little outdated but that never stops our fun… will definitely be back..
First time to visit and it was very enjoyable! Excellent family getaway!! They offer activities for all ages and the property is very clean and secure.
We love Land O Pines! Always a great stay. The kids love the slide, we love the creek and they always have great activities and fun things going on. People are friendly, staff are nice! No complaints and will keep coming back.
