Stayed a couple of weeks ago for the first time when the beach area was open and we weren’t very impressed.

It ended up being over $100 per night with all the extra fees they charge and the amenities just do not add up to that. They don’t “allow” outside food or drink at the beach area in an attempt to force you into buying their over priced drinks. Beach area wasn’t well kept and there was broken glass on the walkway. The water is about what you’d expect from a pond, green and smelly. Won’t be back.

My first time there. A family get together. Camper sites were roomy, grounds are clean. Plenty of amenities such as a beach and lake for swimming, a place to fish , live music at night.

Highly recommended

It's not as big as the picture on the website lead you to believe.. the floating toys in the lake are okay, however some were broken, also you would think it would be deeper water, I jumped off a floating thing and hit the bottom in what I was thinking was deep water, that messed up my back . It was my fault however you would think it would be deeper than 4' in that spot . Staff is a bunch of teenagers who are more concerned about their phones than helping you . They seel food at a snack bar, but I have seen better food at a little league ball park. You would think they would try a little harder.. I think next time I will just make the trip to blue bayou.. Prices are on the high side for what you get...

I have been staying at Lakeview for about 6 months while in town for work. This place is amazing, and I cannot say enough about how great the staff is, who always go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. Lakeview is well kept, and they are always working to improve the park, and fix any issue as soon as it pops up. This park is a great escape from the busy life, and defiantly the best RV park in the area.
