Cute little campground with easy access to freeway. Very accommodating for our quick overnight stay. Great flat cement spots.

Quiet, easy in and out especially for big rigs right off I20. Dollar General and Pizza Hut across street for convenience. Just be prepared for super un level lots. We could not even air level without wood blocks

Very clean, with some long term sites. Extremely wide entrance and well thought out layout. Utilities were direct center on the 90 foot pull through sites. Employee working the desk were extremely friendly despite the stressful hurricane evacuation times. Pool was nice and well maintained. Laundry and showers were nice as well.

Cement pads are not level, but that was the best part of this park. We came in on a Wednesday night. We checked to see if the pool was available and were told that hopefully tomorrow when the pool guy came we could see. Also, the shower was filthy! I had to clean the toilet and floor just to get to the shower. I later found out that some homeless people had trashed the pool and the showers the previous day. Even with this information I am very disappointed that at 12:30pm- the next day from arrival-I was the one cleaning up the shower/toilet area, and the pool was still not usable and chair were floating in it. If a homeless person(s) trashed these areas then the front desk or maintenance people should have checked first thing in the morning to see if these areas were still filthy, and then taken care of the situation(s). This place is under new management and offered if we didn’t want to stay another night we could be refunded. I appreciate that, but as for their business practice it would have been nice to have had some sort of monetary discount for the filth I cleaned up. Definitely at this point, until repairs are made and a cleanliness is taken care of, I would definitely not recommend this place to stay at.
