Take Me To Your Lido

We have lived here for a year. Just decided it's a beautiful day to go for a walk. We were hoping for some trails, but we came across this building with animals, a cave under it, and then another building with other activities. We spent almost 2 hours just seeing everything and walked the small trail. Loved it and we will be back.

What an awesome relaxing experience. It is great that our democratic Socialism of America provides and preserves our land and history and allows all yo experience at no charge. I visited it with a friend who told his story of enjoying it for the first time at 9 years old and now 30. Heartlifting

My in laws have been stopping in here the past couple of years while visiting from Indiana and they absolutely love it. Small place with a good flow right on the neuse river with sitting areas by the river, a nice park for the kids, grills on the campsites, and some good people looking after the sites. Responsible prices with plenty to do within 20 of the site. Multiple parks for you and your pet babies to utilize.

Great little museum for kids to learn, explore and play. It's a regular visit for my family, especially since it's absolutely free! The staff were helpful and pleasant. It's not the most clean environment, but you can't expect it to be tip-top shape since it's for kids and everything is hands-on. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone with kids, age toddler and up.
